Citation for what? It’s an opinion, and one well-informed. My buddy has one and never saw it fail or misfire or misfeed. I’ve shot his M4 and I like it over my Saiga-12 and SPAS-12.
All guns can fail and usually, 95% of the time, it’s the user/shooter’s fault. The M4 being a semi-auto shotgun will obviously have minor reliability issues when compared to a pump-action.
I’m well aware of the Benelli’s flaws; from the recoil system in the stock, to the barrel ports. That being said, it still ranks highly among shotgun users if they can afford one.
