Romanian PL

A very obscure bolt-action rifle from Romania. It uses the PSL’s magazine, so it has a capacity of 10 rounds. Strange stock design, it almost looks uncomfortable. Interestingly, PSL is an acronym for Puşcă Semiautomată cu Lunetă, which means “Scoped Semi-Automatic Rifle”. Since the PL is bolt-action, the acronym would be  Puşcă Lunetă, which would be “Scoped Rifle”. Supposedly the PL is used by certain Romanain troops who wanted a bolt-action instead of a semi-auto for accuracy purposes.

The stock looks a little reminiscent of the SV98’s.
