Blacker, 23, a team leader with Company K, 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, from San Diego, hands Iraqi girls candy during a patrol in Haditha, Iraq, May 13. Marines conducted a security patrol through the city with an Iraqi policeman and were pleased with how the policeman performed.
