Glock 21 The 21 is chambered in .45 ACP, a caliber largely dominated by the 1911. Overall it’s still pretty much like any other Glock aside for one key difference; the 21 has octagonal barrel rifling instead of hexagonal. Might get this Glock next since I already have a lot of .45 ACP ammo.
