Italian Sharpshooter… A very rare shot of a Mauser SP66 sniper rifle. This one is in use with Italian security services during a meeting between Vladimir Putin and Romano Prodi back in 2007. The SP66 is an accurate rifle but no longer in production but still in use in certain areas of the world. It does have a major flaw in it’s extremely limited magazine size. Chambered in 7.62x51mm, it only holds 3 rounds.
