Side-Folders There is one under-folder in the photo (rifle #6). A Syrian rebel reaching for a rifle among a mix of Romanian and Chinese AK variants. Note that 2 out of the 3 Chinese rifles are missing their bayonets. It’s likely they were purposely removed to cut weight. That style of side-folding stock is generally seen on Romanian rifles, but the the East German and Polish military used a very similar if not exact copy. I think those might be homemade stocks though. They lack the filled portion of the top curve of the stock.
