French Foreign Legion (This soldier is German but fights for the French. He is in the same unit as the Canadian FRL soldier pictured earlier. What’s ironic here is that he is equipped with a German weapon; the H&K 417, a 7.62x51mm version of the H&K 416.)

French Foreign Legion (A Canadian who now serves as a soldier in the French Foreign Legion. This military branch from France accepts anyone from any nationality to fight under the French flag. They have a long history and are usually battle-hardened veterans. Even former Waffen-SS soldiers joined the FRL after WWII.)

Silent shot… (Rachel Anne, the tattooed hottie from Advanced Armament Corp shooting a silenced H&K USP.)

GSG-5 SD Titanium (This was a limited 1st anniversary edition released by GSG. It still resembles a real MP5 quite a bit. The silencer is fake, although GSG did sell around 80 limited, actual suppressed GSG-5’s. What’s ironic about the one in the picture is that it’s deactivated and located in the United Kingdom.)

H&K USP Elite (This is a fairly large variant of the USP. Usually appears in 9mm or .45 ACP. The longer barrel, about 6”, is meant for competition shooting rather than tactical applications.)

H&K GMG (A 40mm grenade machine gun produced by Heckler & Koch. Though it resembles the U.S MK19, the GMG is only fielded by U.S Special Forces, whereas the MK19 is fielded by nearly every other branch.)

H&K SL7 (This is a hunting rifle designed by Heckler & Koch and chambered in 7.62x51mm or .308. Note how it has the same front and rear sights as the G3. Appearance wise it looks very reminiscent of the WWII G43. A very accurate semi-auto rifle, H&K no longer produces the SL7 and it has become an expensive collectable.)

SBR vs SMG (A FAL SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) next to the H&K MP5. Note that the MP5 has the older style straight magazine as opposed to the standard curved version. You can see the side folding skeleton stock just slightly behind the FAL.)

Another crappy one… (Better picture, different rifle. You can clearly see the difference between this cast aluminum receiver and an original stamped steel G3 receiver. This rifle is a Federal Arms 91 or FA91. They use the same style receiver as the late model SAR-8 rifles by Springfield Armory. The biggest problem with this receiver is that because of the aluminum, the trunnion is attached with pins and epoxy. It should be welded and pinned. Overtime the trunnion will loosen and or crack because of the heat and violent action of the G3’s delayed roller-lock system.)

Mirror polish… (H&K USP with a polished slide. A nice way to customize your handgun, adds some resale value to some degree. The problem with highly polished parts or even entire handguns, is that every fingerprint and scratch will show up. After a few months of normal handling and use, your polished shine will look like you let your buddies Freddy Krueger and Edward Scissorhands borrow your handgun.)
